Seminars
This seminar will include presentations from the Food Service Technology Center and Transfair. It will show restaurateurs how to design a new restaurant or evolve an existing restaurant to incorporate sustainability and rewards. It will also focus on the economic benefit and social impact of buying fair trade products and utilizing green design.
This seminar focuses on training entrepreneurs how to rethink their small business from product to service by adapting green business practices in energy, water, waste and procurement.
Join us and keynote speaker, Hunter Lovins, co-author of Natural Capitalism, who will deliver an inspirational talk concerning business practices.
