The Small Business Resiliency Program offers pro bono consulting to local small businesses impacted by the current crisis. The Program objective is to keep each small business viable and able to retain their current staff. Each engagement focuses on opportunities to optimize the business, or to pivot the existing strengths of the business to new and hopefully more lucrative products and channels.

The Program Leader

Don Siler is a Program Director with Bridge Light, where he helps clients deliver major business transformations. Don has managed a strategic project portfolio for Cisco Systems, led enterprise transformations at Visa and Splunk, and served as a cryptanalyst for the National Security Agency. He is an active speaker at industry events, from local presentations to major conferences.
